The Ryukyu Nav Bar is an extremely simplistic navigation widget. All it really does is spread across the screen on large devices and then show the list up and down on small devices.

The Ryukyu Nav Bar conforms to the Bootstrap 3 Nav style--it mainly acts as a quick fix for the utterly unstyled list that will usually be seen on de-Bootstrapped sites.
